As a coach I am observing my clients while they are talking. If they have energy, are light up, what they are talking about is actual. Otherwise it is conceptual. Ideas are often conceptual, the right projects are actual. You can see it when you observe the energy. Follow their energy and they find a project or game they want to start with. When people are in action, problems don’t appear, there are just things to do.
